According to the rags today he did check his ticket and knew it was wrong, not much of a leg there then.

He chanced it without bothering to get the ticket amended, tried to bluff his way out of it by being the hardman and it all went wrong, now he is crying to the cops......pus.sy.

I did immediately think when the guard said yes to "big Mans" offer he was putting himself in the ****. He should have just shrugged and let the inevitable happen.

For the record I also would have chanced it if my ticket was wrong, done it many times, the difference is if I was caught I would have paid up like a man and sorted it out later via a complaint if I felt it necessary.

And I hope first dork that lays a hand on me has got good medical insurance.
Because it would be him on his backside on the platform with more than a grazed face.

Lets say someone attacked you from behind and clobered you over the head with a club.
You'd hardly be in much shape for beefing anyone after that.

That would be the guys mate you just hospitilised. (who grabs a fire extinguisher)
But in your fit of rage you didn't see him coming.
Now two stretchers are needed.
Yeah real clever.
And you think the conductor needs anger management treatment. You should get your self booked in asap.

the little scrote thought he could get away with it, when he was found out he got abusive, what he should have done is hold his hands up. he didnt and he was turfed off the train. he was the one that caused the problem in first place.

But the guy who attacked him had no right under British law to do so. It was GBH. The conductor allowed it to happen thus implicating Scotrail. He'll have to go.

What anger management, I get assaulted the attacker gets worse.
Make all the analogies you wish, the fact remains the same.

You need a ego deflation op

You've got a fire extinguisher embedded in your skull. It don't get much worse than that.

train or bus conductors get abuse every day do they have rights. yes of course they do, not to be abused in their place of work.

So did the Police until last month. You can now swear at the police and the conductor - because they are used to it.

Wouldn't go as far to say attacked him,but maybe things got rougher as he resisted more, you know, like when trying to get away from a copper, the more you struggle, things get a little rougher for yourself. A quick dig it the ribs?

Call it what you like but he ended up with a graze after hitting the platform. There was no right in law to do that. He could go to prison over it.

Joe, lets just face it.
They all jump up and down over bull yet condone an unwarranted attack.

That's very true. A bit of name calling and they want people arrested. Physical attack? Yeah, that's fine.

He won't be charged.

The student, on the other hand, broke the rules regarding using abusive language towards staff, and could/should be charged as a result. He'd do well to shut up and take his medicine, in my opinion.

Oh, except turns out he did have a ticket, it was just in his other trousers/had the wrong date/his dog ate it.

Yeah, right...
