My original claim was the no witness had ever been given a day in court and that the courts had used whatever excuses they could to dodge having the evidence heard.
That was just an example of that process in action.
The point of not allowing any evidence to be heard in court was to stop that evidence being forced into the light, and to allow the main stream media to continue to claim that there was no evidence.

No, you are now lying. You have claimed affidavits are evidence, whether you believe them or not, and that no court has heard any evidence. I showed you where a court has considered, and dismissed them and you say that is not what you meant.

It is fact, evidenced by the FACT that no witnesses of more than a thousand, who have all signed affidavits carrying a five year jail term for perjury, have ever been given the chance to air their testimony in a court of law, in the biggest, most serious allegation of election fraud that has ever been made in the States.
