1) The people of Donbas did not declare independence. What you mean is Putin funded groups Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and the Luhansk People'sRepublic (LPR) declared independence, not the people of Donbas



2) Putin sent in Wagner group to annex Donbas and Ukrainian government attacked them, they did not attack Ukrainian people.
