Yea, some pled guilty, some didn't. Some were rioting, some weren't. Two tier.

yes 2 tier

some are filmed assaulting plod and get bailed and not charged ??

some get banged up with in a week ( fast tracked )

and if they had pleaded not guilty ?? would have been banged up on remand

2 tier

Its not even that.

I can't work out if they don't understand the difference between the events or just try to confuse on purpose.

Its either stupidity or trolling, or worse and I'm not sure which.

I cant work out how you cannot see the double standards ( two tier) its either stupidity or trolling

:giggle:

I would probably go with Hypocracy on your part although stupidity would be a good call ??? may be

I can't see the double standards, because they are not there.

I can see lack of comprehension, which isn't trolling.

So criminal damage is not criminal if your a lefty ?
I haven't looked at this in detail, but the problem you have is the guilty plea.

If you plead guilty to an offence, unless someone can argue you are out of your mind or coerced, the court will accept your guilty plea.

they will likely get compensated and a personal apology - wouldn't be surprised if two tier keir apologise too

perfect example of double standards
I hope not, I hope they are prosecuted for GBH. It's a shame there wasn't 3 of them fighting.

There are a lot of things we still do not know about the background leading up to the incident.
But that wouldn't bother you, you've already held your own investigation and come to your pre-conceived decision.
Like calling someone a gammon is contrary to the Hate Laws.
