How have the people accused of "rioting" who have been jailed trialled? Seems too quick to have rustled up a jury.

If you mean, how have they been tried, it's the usual, in a court.
But if they pled guilty it's not much of a trial, more just a sentensing (sic).

I know a guy who repos RR for a living and plod always tell him, they won’t come if it kicks off.
