It would be ridiculous to deny the likelihood of other intelligent life in the universe. Its overwhelmingly likely.

However, the chances of them having the technology to get here, from there, at the same time that we are here, is less likely.

if they did visit, I can't imagine they'd go to all that effort to observe. We'd get conquered pretty quick.

Some say they have been here for thousands of years living under our oceans, thus known as USO's.

Only 25% of our oceans have been mapped!

Who knows? Interesting subject.

Blinkered? I'd say the opposite actually. Good solid evidence has never been easier to produce. And yet.....

It is mathematical impossibility that we are the only planet in the universe that can support life.

It would take about 30'000 to 100'000 years, travelling at high speed, just to reach the nearest 'habitable planet' candidate. Light speed (for objects with mass) is impossible. Warp travel is just a theory. Don't get too excited.

not sure where your estimated distances and times have come from, black holes can be a time warp and we have discovered lots of our theories and our understanding of the laws of physics have been proven wrong with time and space so I wouldn't be too complacent

Plus, there are reports of umpteen sightings of USO's....and different dimensions have been discussed. Ok, all to be ultimately proved, if at all, but one cant just discount what 'may' be right in front of our eyes because we do not understand the technology etc....

I am going to buy myself a cherry picker like you have as i want to get closer to the stars!!

You will see plenty of UFOs from a cherry picker, also you can see into peoples houses so a cherry picker is a fantastic thing to own.
