Russia would again refuse to allow international observers in to oversee the referendum

5.5 million Scots are unhappy with UK government, but they haven't started a war.

That is because the British government has given them the choice to leave the UK if they are not happy with the present arrangement.
In the case of Ukraine, the Ukranian government should have arranged for an internationally supervised referendum to take place in the disputed regions in Ukraine.
That way the world would have seen who is telling the truth.
If the Russians were lying, they would have been be exposed.
However it is now too late, the problem is how to get the Russians to leave with a minimum of bloodshed.

I've felt he wants us all dead in a nuclear war. He needs to stop spouting the **** re no fly zone and just ask for MIS/SU fighter jets but he needs runways and bombs and places to protect those jets on ukriana soil

That "region" doesn't belong to Ukraine without the consent of the people who live there, anymore than Kosovo belonged to Serbia or for that matter the UK belonged to the EU.

completely different

as an EU member, the UK had its own domestic government, control of 99% of its finances, complete control of its parliament, control of virtually all its domestic laws and most international laws

and it was part of any joint decision making


Why do you hate the EU so much -its obvious you dont understand it, at all.
