ULEZ Sabotage!

I would have thought a paint ball gun would do the trick.

Or perhaps one of those battery powered extendable pole hedge trimmers.
You'd have to carry a large, noisy and doorbell-camera-recordable lump though.
How about, having made a small hole which wouldn't be immediately associated with disfunction, something like white spirit in the hole?
It's not too explosively flammable, but if the wiring is exposed inside, it should make a mess of it.

There's the snipping method, open to pruning devices or niggardly drones:

or, I wonder if these guys wear hi-vis jackets and pretend to be engineers:

ULEZ is not going to affect me financially( at the moment) it may even clear some cars of the streets to make my driving experience better, but I still do NOT agree with it one bit, as others rely on perfectly good vehicles which pass the MOT set emission levels, which the little ayatollah deems worthless.
I bought a new Skoda dog carrier last year so am unaffected, but it's the people who do not have the means to buy a new car which this attacks.
Also it's all based on lies, Sad Dik Khant says 4,000 people died from the air pollution, according to FOI he's lying..

The bad boys round our way either blast the rural gatso's on necklace them.

And following on from Sad Dik Khants London we have 15 minute cities, Oxford and Canterbury are trying to pilot them, Bristol and Glasgow are next in line

What, speifically, is wrong with the concept?
Schools, shops, health facilities in a local area ? Terrible idea.

Is the anti idea the fear of not being allowed out of an area? Like a prisoner ? I wouldn't like that either.

Loss of economy of scale for logistics is the obvious disadvantage (15 minute cities).

Nothing wrong with the concept of 15 minute cities if they allow people who want to walk or cycle to get to the places they need to go within 15 minutes. It would be lovely to have that option. Unfortunately the council know that lots of people don't want to walk or cycle or are physically incapable of those activities, they also know that people don't want to walk or cycle far when it is pouring with rain. So along with the 15minute cities come restrictions on car use. They are trying to impose walking or cycling, restricting choice.

In order to try to get people to walk or cycle the councils restrict access to residential roads completely or partially to all or some traffic, either permanently or at certain times of day.

Oxford City Council is planning a 15-minute city, but they are also trialling a separate scheme that sees the city split into six zones, with residents issued 100 passes each year to drive between the zones, and £70 penalties issued to those who exceed this limit. This will be wonderful if you live in one zone and work in another, especially if you have to carry tools or other equipment to work so that cycling is not an option.

"“When they are operating, private cars will not be allowed through the traffic filters without a permit. All other vehicles including buses, coaches, taxis, vans, mopeds, motorbikes and HGVs will be allowed at all times.”"

But cars can go anywhere at any time by using different routes.

So you take this all at face value, one born every minute.

Yes, to help with climate change, you can drive out to the ring road go around the ring road and back into another area of the city, which might be a few hundred yards from where you started.
