A problem for Israel - it's getting out despite attempt to block it. Internet off etc.
UK and USA - take Iraq. Huge numbers in the collateral damage area and nothing came out. Plenty of damage as well. An Israeli politician mentioned a couple more. This area is purely a military decision made on the spot at the time a decision needs to made. Rules of war ?????????
However thinking a militant is there and taking out houses is probably pushing the point too far also using dumb bombs. People were targetted in Iraq and this didn't achieve anything. Civilians -tough luck. Also numbers of people who have just been shot by the IDF are rising also captives are being treated in an extreme way without being sure they are militants, Various videos that Israel have issued in this area are a bit odd when examined closely eg same scene and different time on a watch. A left handed and later right handed man carrying a gun. The whole lot may just be a set ups and might be made by either side. Seems to be Israel though.
Some western journalists have pointed out that they aren't allowed to go in and wonder around to check various aspects. Since Vietnam no country will be very keen on that when at war. It's better for people in general to be unaware.
