For heavens' sake, the medical profession and even Solicitors journals use the word 'approve' in their text/language. Or perhaps he thinks he's the only one that knows what 'in good faith' means. Dunno?

Just use the word 'certify' and he'll admit he's wrong.

Interestingly, in 99.9% of Ground C cases (98.5% of all cases overall) they go with mental health, rather than a physical risk.

Going with the mental health aspect makes it easier to approve an abortion.
Physical risk would be harder to justify.
