Weight loss injections for unemployed

Morbidly obese people can suffer malnutrition
Malnutrition as in the lack of important nutrients due to eating the wrong foods - not untypical of someone who has relied too heavily on 'fast foods' - the type of diet that not only is over calorific, low on nutrition and fibre but very expensive.

More is the reason that any benefits should be doled out in vouches for healthy living. Eating well is not at all expensive.

In many cases a good healthy diet of nutrient rich food (think vegetables which are cheap and plentiful) would be all that is needed to loose weight, feel less depressed and tired and soon be able to do a days work

Would save the NHS a fortune and we could all possibly pay less tax.

The obesity problem in this country is far bigger than benefits claimants, why not inject overweight brexxers

being very overweight is often a symptom: mental health, upbringing, circumstance.
People get trapped in a rut and cant get out

Im not sure if the Labour party cna achieve anything, but it would be great if they could help people to recover their health and get back to work...........but its going to need money for support services, not easily done

Fresh fruit and veg is not cheap.

Nor is a good balanced diet
our food bill is quite a bit each week, we buy apples, grapes, blueberries, bananas, pears, oranges. I eat grapes on porridge for brekkie, at least 2 apples a day + one other fruit like orange or banana.

My wife was shopping in Waitrose every week and spending about £120 for 2 of us, but now swapped to Tesco and its more like £100

There are some cheap healthy foods, basic porridge oats are very cheap about a £1 for 20 servings. Carrots, onions etc are cheap etc

Fruit is quite expensive

Thers a lot of people that dont have £100 a week to spend on the family food bill. The expensive bits like fruit get left out often.

I don't think foodbanks provide much in the way of fruit either.

Admittedly some vegetables are cheap, but a good balanced diet overall isn't cheap.

Food banks have long been attacked by labour - lets see how many there are after a year of labour - you got the impression that none would all be needed any longer under labour.

Since the first food bank in the UK was opened in 2000 when Blair was PM, it's hard to see why they'd "go after them now".

So this came from wes streeting, Imagine the outrage if it had come from Matt Hancock.
Is this going to be a mandatory injection or just one you only have to have to receive benefits.

Then all the better when the climate warms up and we can grow more than gooseberry's in this country.
man man climate change creates more extremes of weather, it doesnt increase ability to grow more crops

your denial of man made climate change is tedious, please take the nonsense elsewhere, try substack or youtube
