That statement could be considered libellous, if Andy had the inclination, money and lawyers to take it further, he probably could.
However given that anyone with any sort of status or better things to do when there is nothing better on telly, don't normally frequent DIY advice sites, I don't think you should be overly concerned.

I think you will find extremely difficult, to bring libel proceedings. against an anonymous online username.

Oh dear anyway none of them should be allowed to arrive here illegally by boats no matter their colour race religion. Just saying!
UK is a signatory to the Refugee Convention.
Asylum Seekers are not illegal immigrants. They have a an inalienable right to claim asylum.

I would welcome the opportunity to argue my opinion of andy11 in a court.
There's so much proof of his violent extremism, it would be a slam dunk.

Even more difficult when 1 anonymous username tries to sue another anonymous username

Who is responsible for this current shambles?
The EU primarily.
Their policy of open borders means that once a would be asylum seeker manages to enter the EU on the other side of Europe, they face no further obstacles until they reach the English channel.

Even more so when you've been on here under a various assortment of names such as Himmy, bobby dazzler, etc etc and disrespect fellow posters by not admitting the fact.
So why trust a person who goes to those lengths when he can't base himself in reality, such as taking someone literally on their every word. It's general discussion and I've not been asked to swear in on oath like say they do at the old bailey. Am I the exception to the rule?

More rubbish.

Just a chance to throw the same old tired comments into another thread

What is your previous name?

I think I recognise you from another forum too, just can't place the name. but it will come.

You would be a bit daft to try to hide behind so called anonymous user names. One court order (NPO) and PI would soon get the papers delivered to the right idiot. The fact is Patty doesn't know Andy and his claims that he is a violent extremist shows more about his personality than anything else.

The real issue for a defamation claim would be the anonymity of the target and therefore the reputation damage, or lack of.

UN Refugee Convention states that refugees cannot be penalised for entering the country illegally to claim asylum if they are “coming directly from a territory where their life or freedom was threatened” provided they “present themselves without delay to the authorities and show good cause for their illegal entry or presence”. From France.. and most chuck their passports in the sea or sell them before they cross and then do a runner arriving here.

Pat you have them all at your house if you're so passionate about them.

Pat could set up a Rwanda processing hotel in his chateau and teach them all French, so they can integrate. Or is he one of those ex-pats who speaks slowly and loudly with an 'ello 'ello accent, in the hope they understand.

Nothing sensible to say.
The EU is a magnet for migrants from all over the world, some legal and some not so legal.
That is why Britain has crisis on its border with the EU.
The EU is now the problem and not the solution.

I think you have to go back a bit further than what you are doing to understand why so many people want to move, financially and/or local home life and conditions
