The Germans u say they would be hard pushed to put a division into the field , they spend most of ther time flogging arms to the greeks. Tanks ,Submarines etc The Greeks with a population of what 12million (?) were the 3rd biggest importers of arms in the world (a few years ago) That is one of the reasons why there economy went t*ts up .
