Do you want to, yuk.. ?
Of course! Otherwise it is overcooked!!

if i ever have meat it's got to be well cooked
That's not "well cooked", that's "badly cooked".

As far as I'm concerned, a good vet should be able to get it back on its feet again....

Oh yes, just show the meat the flame, uh oh not too close now, dont want to overcook it :D
And the steak and kidney thing ? why a pudding of course! pie is just a short cut to lunch, pudding takes care and commitment  bring back suet dumplings as well!!!
Love the pics, and on sunday morning yum yum

Dellsmp, loads of common sense about food. Ours comes from riverford, good fun reacting to what's in the box, more fun than the rubbish sold at supermarkets. As with the beef my father in law, when asked how he wanted it cooked would just say ' wipe its arse and pull the horns off'!

gasmarkone, good to hear from a fellow riverfordian! We all became converts to the good food cause some years ago now and the boxes are brilliant. some interesting dialogue from Guy Watson too. We met him on a farm tour last year and he really is a genuine nice bloke.
When we started on the organic bandwagon the change in the kids was dramatic, they really noticed the difference between the normal supermarket stuff and organic food. And to get back to post topic, the Yorkshire puds made with all organic ingrediants are well worth the extra effort.
Organic+fairtrade+slow food=happy families

Dellsmp, good stuff. I want to go on a visit [when the weathers warmer!]. There really has been a ground swell to organic/real food. I will post again and chat for longer, there's the small matter of a rugby match to watch now! C'mon England.
