Zion and the Art of Armageddon

Yes, as you say, the UN gifted the land, which the UN had no authority over, to the Jews, in denial of the Palestinian wishes.
The UN has no authority over any territory.
If anyone had any authority over Palestine at that time, it was the British, and they abstained in that UN vote.

Pretty much.

To be fair, the British made attempts to restrict Zionist immigration into Palestine.
The British minister of state for the Middle East Lord Moyne, was assassinated by terrorists led future Prime minister Yitzhak Shamir.

They also placed an arms embargo on the area. It was broken and Zionists then started to control the immigration levels themselves. Later they used these weapons for other purposes that were not "nice".

Really the earlier history has it's interesting aspects some of which can be debated for ever but in some ways the posy 67 history is more interesting. Benny the famous Israeli book writer on this subject now sees Israel behaving in a colonial fashion. The security council have never done a single thing to prevent that. Always a veto. Trump just declares certain aspects. Others may.

In the early days it was the League Of Nations.

Then consider all areas subjected to this sort of geopolitics and ask yourself how well they have worked out. They generally leave problems.

Origins of peoples. Go back far enough and tribal aspects always figure. This starts as nomadic types find that people cooperating can be very beneficial. Speciif jobs start appearing Defence usually arrives at some point and also conquests. Religion - what better way of binding people together and yet more conquests as a result.

Seems the genocide cat is out the bag...

It might be 'justified and moral' to let two million Gazans starve, says Israeli minister

Bezalel Smotrich, a prominent leader of the nationalist-religious bloc within Benjamin Netanyahu's government, complained that international pressure meant Israel had "no choice" but to bring in aid.

Speaking at a news conference in Israel, he said the main factor extending the war was the aid sustaining Hamas.

"We can't, in the current global reality, manage a war," said Mr Gallant.

"Nobody will let us cause two million civilians to die of hunger, even though it might be justified and moral"

"We live today in a certain reality, we need international legitimacy for this war."

Legitimacy for mass slaughter of civilians?

There was no legitimacy for hamas, so why should Israel get legitimacy!

That explains why only half the aid sent to Gaza reached its destination last month.
In their own words the Zionists plead "Guilty" to the crime of Genocide.

Almost as if Israel's torrent of lies is no longer treated with the respect it doesn't deserve.

This is after the UN's own investigation.
Yes, the Israeli accusation resulted in UN sacking nine members , and USA and UK, at least withdrawing their funding.
Job done.

Then we find it was all an untrue allegation.
