You do know that Palestine as it is now known was always the homeland of the Jews, it was known as the land of Isreal? The Isrealis were driven out, Jewish people have always maintained a connection to the land as their historical homeland. They haven't invaded it.
Oh dear, someone's looking for a history lesson...
My statement above, so any period that proves me wrong will suffice. Not an argument or trolling but just to iron out the facts and a history lesson that will be interesting and informative is all I want.

well, you're not correct for stating 'Israel' has always been home to the Jewish people, so y'all gonna need to go back to the Biblical land of Canaan. Who was there first, remind me?

This isn't turning into the history lesson I was hoping for. The promised land ?

We do not major in this country, that is showing your complete obsession with Trump and America. You may ask whatever you like about my studies but I feel I can get more fun out of it by not telling you so that you cannot avoid my area of specialism.

Was it linked to your military service in some way? A friend of my sister's was in the army and somehow got to study part of a Peace Studies course, but I can't remember what the arrangement was.

EDIT: I've remembered now. It was the conflict resolution part.

Not at all
And it all depends on when you discern the difference between 'Jew' and 'Israelite' began. Or the religious differences between the Canaanites and Israelites, contributing to the split between their two cultures. It's complicated. F.Boy thinks Israel was there first. He's incorrect to do so, but refuses to accept it.

Interesting and I find this sort of debating in an adult way very refreshing.
