Mine was Italian, Laverda 1000 3cl, about three months after i got it Slater Bros. introduced the Jota, :LOL: :LOL: :LOL: two Italian mates i had in Germany, one had a 380 ram air the other a Benelli sei, we came out of a shop in town & the bikes had attracted about 5000 people, (so i went & got a tin of fish :LOL: :LOL: :LOL:) , they were all looking at his friggin 6pot not one was interested in mine. :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

The Benelli never sold well did it.
I had the use of a CBX1000 for a month, friggin engine was the size of a barn door :evil:
 
You want to try taking the cylinder head off one......or better still putting it back on again minus warps :p
Cam bends like a banana and the valve clearances change when the wind blows :D

A bonny wee bike, that - the motor looks a little like one that was designed by Puch, years ago.
CX500 water pump leaks :(
CB750 F2 (sohc) rubber cam chain tensioners :(
