I sacked him off and found a reputable company, there and then.

I'm prepared to accept that it will all have been fully investigated and will therefore accept the outcome.

If it was as simple as mbk says it is, with all his tax specialisation (amongst his other world class attributes), and his inside knowledge of all the facts involved, then we would have the answer and outcome already.

Which leads me to believe mbk knows next to nothing, about this case, and generally and is just trying a smear campaign.

Alternatively he will be able to point out the results of the investigations and the outcome.
