He is running a campaign similar to what was done on Brexit but on steroids. Crazy ideas attract a few so the more the merrier. An idea dreamed up by advisors and rather right wing associated. Popularism at it's finest.

I only read what he says nowadays - seriously: how anyone can watch him spout such nonsense on the tube without doing an Elvis is baffling.
