On a smaller scale my neighbour one side asked if I would use her pole chainsaw to cut some trees overhanging her garden. My neighbour the other side borrowed my tools to dig out his pond. No membership was needed, no money swapped hands, just neighbours being neighbourly.
I feel, but could be wrong, that there are too many benefitting from huge wages taken from these fees without working too hard. I will no doubt have got that from Farage ranting on the TV.
I heard another thing too, which again could be wrong, they move the contents of an entire building every month/quarter at a cost of millions. Brussels to Strasbourg maybe?
