But when 99% of the discussion about BLM on this forum is focusing on the violence, with people calling the protesters "savages" and suggestions they should be shot by snipers, then it really doesn't look good, it makes this forum look a bit racist and hateful.

It certainly exposes some of the posters as a bit racist and hateful.
On other platforms, such posters may be warned, their content hidden by warnings, etc.

Seems to me theres been too much focus on LBTGT+×÷= lately and not enough on racism dont forget not long ago it was this lot that took all the space on the pedestool. And let's not forget racism is all about whites being racist....
Honestly get a fking grip. I read this morning now how a female tennis player has had enough of racist comments saying she gets mistaken for Serena William's etc. Must have been a privileged tennis player at least to play at that level hmm...

Everywhere I've never worked and studied I've never witnessed this pandemic of racism. Yes I had an uncle who used to say inappropriate jokes about all.types that's about it. Not saying it doesnt exist.
I just dont think putting blacks on a pedestal is helping apart from the ones just frustrated with life who think it may change the world. what about Asians are they part of BLM or they not black enough. Another comment I hear amongst blacks.

Those peaceful protests when police brutality was the de facto weapon of choice?

There has been progress, but all too slowly, at too a greater cost, invariable the cost to the BAME community, and there is greater progress to be made before equality is in sight.
