Climate Refugees

So, now that I understand what you mean about the number of events happening in a 200 year period can you tell me what other 200 year periods are you using for comparison? And how reliable is your evidence? The Earth is (we are told) billions of years old and man has been on it for a small fraction of that time, and records have been kept for an even smaller fraction.
No, not what I said.

I said they have weather not seen in the last 200 years. It's simple English. Now stop being an idiot with your festering imagination .

In that case, I still don't get it. "Weather not seen in the last 200 years" seems to validate my original question. What changed in 1822?

You still don't get it, and you don't have a question. Nothing implicitly happened in 1822, or 1821. There is silence on what happened before. If you want to have a go at filling it, that's up to you, we won't hold our breath for intelligent input from you but it would be a nice change

over the past 12 months the majority are from: Syria, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Eritrea, Yemen.

So you are wrong.
I see you have edited my original post, in which i was referring to climate refugees specifically.

Perhaps you should have been more specific instead of your blunderbuss approach.
Now's your chance to be more specific.

Read my original post.
I did, here it is:
Don't understand the term "climate refugee".
Most of these so called refugees seem to be coming from countries where people in Europe pay big money to go for their holidays.
Where are these countries that you were being so unspecific about?
A blunderbuss approach could mean anywhere, so Notch7 was perfectly correct in the countries he quoted.

We have NEVER enjoyed a stable climate.
So what. Climate change is happening at a faster rate now than ever before.

And over 99% percent of climate scientists believe global warming is man made. If you have something better than a gut feeling you could share it...
