Death row prisoners cost the state a heck of a lot more than regular con's - correct. So what I am being asked to believe ? Is if that 20 years was on death row it would be more ?
How so ?

No. Totally missing the point.
WHO EXACTLY decides any case is clear cut.
It's not about what is or isn't clear on a forum. On a legal, state level, somebody has to make that decision. Who should it be?
Too easy just to use slogans !
In America I would guess it's extra staffing costs. Higher security, suicide watch. In the UK I believe the sentence was carried out more quickly. But I haven't actually checked that!
The authors propose that the requisite burden of proof in the penalty phase of a capital trial should be raised from beyond a reasonable doubt to beyond all possible doubt.
Still missing the point.Well
Perhaps bump em off early than so as to save on costs
Just because the US do some thing does not mean the UK has to
It could all be sorted in 6 months tops and that’s pushing it imo
Under certain circumstances imo some found guilty would be bumped off within a week
But I suppose we should maintain some standards so give it a month ???
Still missing the point.
Who is going to be authorised to decide what's clear cut and what's not?
If its not clear cut, why is there ahy sentence issued. If it is clear cut and later turns out to be wrong, as has happened before?
It's a great shout on a forum. It's not so easy in reality. But gotta love a slogan
You see hard facts as nonsense? Probably how your 'ed is wired. 'Tis the way it is. Suck it up all of you that think it's a wise choice economically to keep them on death row.No imo that’s a load of nonsense in respect to lifers / convicted murderers
Transam very recently suggested that UK consult the practises of El Salvador.Load of nonsense we’re are your hard facts doubt you have any because we have not had the death penalty in the UK since the 60s ?? So best you jog on noseall with yer made up nonsense
Rather than going round in circles spouting your usual stuff, just try answering. How many times do you have an answer
I will do it as could any one else with common sense ( agreed that counts you out)
You and others deliberately make a simplistic decision complicated and it ain’t
But hey ho gotta love yer usual ball cocks
Remind me what your job is![]()

Who do you propose makes the decision that it is clear cut? Be specific.
It's so easy on the forum, I know. Now take it a step further.
If the law changed tomorrow, it wouldn't be retrospective. The irony
Tis you who is going around in circles spouting yer usual ball Cocks
Make yer case for the doubt of guilt for the Lee rigby murderers
Joe cox
David amiss
You say there guilt is not clear cut
Ok crack on ???? Make the case ??
What did you say you do ??![]()
WHO makes the decision? I cannot make the question any simpler, even for you.The irony

Make yer case for the doubt of guilt for the Lee rigby murderers

Yep they went for the real deal.so labour voting people voted for a right wing idea in protest at tony blair moving labour to the right .
