I am neither, my life simply got better under lib dems and tories, and yeah now labour in charge, I worried about that, going back down again.
Yes the early signs are their.
As they prepping us for tax rises.
Again, thats not worth the effort, but,

try removing the blinkers, look around, at ALL the facts, and then bash ALL the political parties. But saying Tories had it worse is just avoiding all of the available info.

They had 14 years to make the country and economy, and the justice system, and all the infrastructure better. I'm sure they managed to do somethings, I'd be interested if you can demonstrate how they have made it better, not worse.

And we have another contestant that Romanian who stabbed a little girl in London although she is not dead she will live with that trauma for the rest of her life, the do gooders will be singing poor man's got mental health issues, he should also swing !
What is wrong with you?

As far as I know nobody has ever supported such behaviour.

I think you have blinkers on, not me.

How do you know his nationality? Or is it you starting a disinformation campaign?
And as carmen said no-one would excuse a sane person committing such atrocities.
But if he is mentally ill, perhaps it's another case of the Health system breaking down.
Anyone who stabs a complete stranger of 11 years old can't be sane.

What did they do to make it better?

All the metrics show the last Labour government performed far better.

I worried about that, going back down again.

But the previous Labour government performed better under virtually every metric than the Tory govt since.

As they prepping us for tax rises
The last Conservative govt put £80b of tax rises in place from when they won in 2019

The tax rises being put in place now are paying for failures of the last government…..including the unfunded NI tax cut by Jeremy Hunt which was used as a voter bribe

All correct but pointless trying to show him.
He's convinced himself by anecdote not logic

By spending money we did not have

Yes, hence the deficit in the first place, they hired more people, than tax recites coming in. This caused a 149 billion pound deficit
The last Conservative govt put £80b of tax rises in place from when they won in 2019
Hence the Deficit is down to just under 30 Billion, that is Labours fault.

Not really, they being put up to turn the taps on for public sectors workers wage increases. Not saying that don't deserve wage rises, saying it will fall on private sector to pay for it. We don't get a 22% wage increase to pay for it, so we are going to suffer as a result.

By spending money we did not have

Quite how the tories - self-styled "guardians of fiscal responsibility" - managed to both run the country into the ground AND leave nothing for the following government was quite an achievement.

public sectors workers wage increases

You do realise that public sector employees pay tax too, don't you?
