The claim is that the cost of "branded" food is soaring. Now apart from some tweaking, a bottle of Heinz red sauce and tomato soup has the same ingredients as a bottle of Aldi red sauce and Aldi soup - ie tomatoes. So the cost increase can't be in the ingredients, but in the boardroom.
