Why do you think it is?Why wasn't it
Why do you think it is?Why wasn't it
Just like Andy11 you cant take it to the next level of debate.
Go on explain how unemployed can be fruit pickers, talk me through how it would work.
I don't think you can force people to take a job that they don't want, or are suited to, last time we looked we had free-will. You can have benefits cut, AFAIK, if someone keeps saying no to jobs that are a suitable match but I think if have a legit reason to say no, benefits aren't effected. They are "job seekers" are they not?
I thought it was the case that if you refuse work, you lose the benefits?
Didn't IDS sort this all out some years ago?
I'm sure the law could be changed if not already so.
Given the turmoil that we face.
Oh dear, your ad hominem attack is a rather weak attempt to distract from your answer that was of no relevance.
The reason for choosing an older article was because I was responding to this:
Ie the period 2016 to 2018
I think you will find 2017 fits in that period
Also there has been a loss of immigrant workers in the agriculture sector since the ref in 2016 up to the present day.
Which has since only got worse due to the toxic environment caused by the home office and Tory propaganda.
And this problem is also very current -its been in the news this week.
They are "job seekers" are they not?

Lets see notchy make his third swerve on this one.
Ryler is squirming, he cant answer how UKs unemployed can sort out shortage of fruit and veg picking.
Perhaps Ryler hasnt considered that unemployed people don't conveniently live right next to a fruit farm
Perhaps Ryler hasnt considered most unemployed people live in towns.
or Perhaps Ryler thinks fruit farms are located in towns
Ryler and Andy11 have a typical right wing attitude that solving unemployment is easily done.....but they conveniently avoid going into detail, where their trite comments fall apart in a second.
Perhaps Ryler hasnt considered that unemployed people don't conveniently live right next to a fruit farm
eastern Europeans don't always conveniently live next door.
How do they manage to build roads between where people live?
very few people on job seekers allowance can afford to own or run carsHow do they manage to build roads between where people live?
how useful are roads to somebody on universal credit that cant afford a car.notchy lives in a cave and is still working out what the wheel is for.
Never mind road building.
ROFL.....tip top Witty Line!Entering into a debate with you is like reasoning with HAL with an Aspergers upgrade.
