The problem is not as clear cut as the xenophobes would have us believe.
And there is a World of difference between xenophobia and racism so let's not go thereXenophobes have problems with population groups present within a society, which are not considered part of that society, often they are recent immigrants.

The difference between me and you MW is that I can speak from experience - I live in an area where immigration is a big problem. quote]"
I would have thought that you as a self-confessed "Xenophobe", a racist "Little Englander"AND an anti-labour person living in an area where immigration is a problem would have had something positive to say!
What I have said is that immigration is not a problem in many areas of the country ... The south west of England being one of them.

I think he lives in Atlantis, not England.
As I clearly said in my post I was not inferring any racist intent from your posts. In various contexts, the terms "xenophobia" and "racism" seem to be used interchangeably, though they have wholly different meanings (xenophobia being based on place of birth, racism being based on ancestry)
Yes I did and, as I recall, the people in the boats were predominently women and children (and rich people) and the people in the water men and poor people ... So, your point is what exactly?Did you ever see that film about the ocean liner that sank. There weren't enough lifeboats to go around so lots of those bobbing around in the life jackets swam to a nearby lifeboat which was already full, and climbed aboard, against the wishes of those already in it - it sank.
