I do know of one or two plumbers just like tom and you can take it from me that they are the "salt of the earth".

Bit surprised at you chrisr, for criticising someone who's trying to help people, you're a helpful guy yourself.
Tom shows things as he does them on the job which we all know is often not the way things are taught in classrooms.
Good on him for having the balls to put himself up for scrutiny, when fellas like Roger Bisby can pick things up from them they can't be all bad.
