There's a little bit of something for everyone to learn by watching these videos, even an old hand like me have picked up a few useful hints.

For a 3rd year apprentice, I found these videos helpful, if I'm on a job and I don't agree with doing something how he is doing it, I will just do it my way

But I think someone who spends his hours making videos to help others, certainly shouldn't be slated.

But thats just my opinion

He's doing it for the same reason anyone would - he enjoys it.
(And of course you can make money from vids on youtube.)

Anyone just posting on here is into vanity publishing , though most of us choose to stay anonymous. Even though this has NO potential to make anybody anything, most of us do try to get things right. We're just answering questions, not giving public video lectures.
So is because he doesn't know, or because he doesn't care, or because he's lazy, that he did NOT tell people that soldering lead to copper is illegal for water. You like drinking lead ions?

The soldering lead to copper video was meant to show people that there is a way to get the water back on tempererly until you can return to remove all lead - like thats always easy!

There are always going to be critics with anything you do and there are plenty of F+E tanks fed with lead.
