It's not in the tory manifesto as far as I know and why does leaving the EU stop us from making our own laws that protect people? Do you really think that the UK is incapable of this? You really don't like the UK do you? The UK on a whole has a long history of social rights and although leaving the EU will make a bit of a mess on this, it doesn't have to mean that peoples rights will end on March 29.
