No, not admissible - Like many people I have been issued with more than one NI number, and a doctor's register means 'jack s hit' nowadays.

And anyway, how might you access all this information about yourself given the data 'opt out' that the government is planning to implement?

Bank statements, p60s ( that is what you get each year to show how much tax you paid) several passports (past & present) council tax demands, I have it covered.
