No, not admissible - Like many people I have been issued with more than one NI number, and a doctor's register means 'jack s hit' nowadays.Does an NI number not give any identity, a doctors or what about the electoral register? Just wondering.
Besides ID requirement is being brought in for elections, so despite being on the electoral register you have to prove who you are: https://www.gov.uk/government/news/voter-id-pilot-to-launch-in-local-elections
And anyway, how might you access all this information about yourself given the data 'opt out' that the government is planning to implement?
