Oh Rwanda

Because they will be in Rwanda and have asylum there. It is a perfectly safe country to be in, and if asylum was their goal then they should be very happy (even the UNHCR send refugees there) But a perfectly safe country is not their primary goal (they were perfectly safe in the EU) they're after British citizenship but unfortunately for them they are too late our little island is full.
That's not how it works. You don't have to seek asylum in the first country you seek. Plus we have refugees from Rwanda.

Plus we have refugees from Rwanda.

They had a true genocide problem a while ago. One particular tribe, I don't know who was killing who. Anyway it settled down some time ago now.

In Syria's case those that left initially didn't want anything to do with what was going on. Certain problems with ones that went to Germany has caused them to change how they handle refugees now. The problems seem to have been largely down to coming from a rather different culture. I haven't heard of any more problems with them since.

Prices are going up due to the cost of gas which is required to make fertiliser.
A lack of workers due to Brexit means food prices going up in the UK….and more reliance on food imports.

and then there’s the Brexit red tape increasing prices of food

There is a farming crisis due to sky high fertiliser costs, as far as i know the Irish Republic is in the EU and not the UK.

And UK has additional problems caused by Brexit.

luckily Northern Ireland is inside the Single Market and is able to import its food from ROI and EU.

By whom.
Russians or Ukrainians.
You seem to subscribe to the myth that all underdogs are always more virtuous than their oppressors.

Hilarious.

you’ve posted a video by Patrick Lancaster, a well known Putin sympathiser.

he reports from a Russian army camp, and is only allowed to report because he spouts Russian propaganda.

Wouldn't it be good if the mods only allowed posts in the GD section of this DIY forum after a period of say one month and/or 20 meaningful diy related posts? It would certainly thwart those 'new' posters that sign up solely to make political posts/arguments.

And that's the beauty of it Notch, they can seek it, but.......
The Rwanda deal is simply a policy for poll ratings, FA to do with reality.

Johnson doesn’t care how much money he wastes as long as he stays in power.

sadly people like you don’t have the critical thinking skills to realise you are being conned
