Irrelevant to the point I was making. The UK is a wealthy country. We take some refugees but a fraction compared to say Turkey or Germany. France has its fair share too. I'm sure Ireland is on par with other nations of similar wealth, convenience or dependents.

Compare those countries above with land mass and population to our own.

Land mass lol. Not that old irrelevant chestnut. The UK is about 8% developed land with 92% free. Other countries have even bigger gaps between cities towns and villages. Just another irrelevant right wing trope for the weak minded.

Using your argument, refugees can’t go anywhere beyond a neighbouring country, so you claim all Syrians for eg should all stay in Turkey, Jordan or Iraq.

The reality is, there are millions of displaced people and it can only work by them dispersing across many countries.

When I can't get parked at night because of all the HMOs and that we all have cars these days.... I'll just go and park on the outskirts and enjoy a 3 mile walk back home.
