You could always prove your argument rather than being a troll
As somebody who has an interest in finance you know the benefit of councils having owning council houses which are an asset rather than paying out huge housing benefit to private landlords.
..... what we pay taxes for.
it seems you have no concern for others. In what way is it detrimental to you and how does this effect you ?
very noticeable that motorbiking is not keen on availability of social housing, but is very keen on a scheme that results in vast amounts of taxpayers money being handed out to private landlords
almost as if he is motivated by self interest.
I’m not the one against poorer people being helped to buy a house.
are you bragging about how rich you are again?
how frightfully vulgar.
And I believe that. Of courseI voted Labour when she was PM
It just doesn't go inFine, then make RTB available to all renters, don't just penalise some owners and not others.
But the houses got sold off and now the councils pay rent to private landlords.Why. When the council/government can easily make the scheme work not to mention housing needy people is what we pay taxes for.
So you shouldn't have a problem with rtb from any landlordI don’t rent to any social housing people. I’m also happy to share a redacted tax return if you’ll agree to do the same. We can then see who contributed more tax.
As I’ve pointed out, private landlords are a necessity unfortunately for your narrativePaying out expensive housing benefit which ends up in the hands of private landlords is a constant expense.
