Panorama - The Smart Meter mess

Do you really think that everyone on a dumb meter is on the same tariff? Honestly?

You evidently don't need a smart meter for individual pricing, which was the claim.
As usual you misquote the person and pretend they said something else

The supplier benefits, and with the advent of SM's they get real time data - much more useful...

Because it will end up with individual time based billing based on what is best for the supplier, not the consumer...

As for getting better deals, do people still not understand for example that the 'deals' you usually get with a 'loyalty' card are the true price and those without a card are paying a hiked up price?

Same thinking with the energy suppliers
A dumb meter cannot know or report when you consumed the energy.

Says the man that asked me to look at a post that didn't even exist (titter).

However, back to the subject: You are no more likely to have your supply cut off or switched to pre-payment with a smart meter than you are with an analogue meter.

FACT boyo.
Are its Boyo time. You are so much more convincing when you call someone Boyo.

Thankyou.
You are rarely convincing, especially when you revert to the worn out argument "but they can do it remotely" or "they don't need to enter your house" blather. Utterly irrelevant regarding the process that leads to being cut off or switched.

You are no more likely to be cut off or switched to pre-payment with a smart meter than you are with an analogue meter. Stick that in your bilge pipe.

But it’s a lot easier to do it via a SM though.

Feel free to ignore that again.

I wonder how much it costs to get bailiff, lock smith etc to cut off a dumb meter vs press a button with a SM?

Actually I've pointed out that they can do it without external oversignt. I've also pointed out that the regulator suspended their right to do it, due to concerns and that after a compliance review, several thousand forced switch overs were found to be illegal triggering compensation.

But you will say thats irrelevant waffle and repeat your stupid statement, ignoring the facts and Denso will give you the thumbs up, because he is either a troll like you are one of the dumbest people on the planet. In which case I owe him an apology for being mean.

It's even easier not to disconnect someone at all. Companies have in house legal people who deal with this all the time. Getting a court order is simple.

 oh wait you're serious.

But it’s not free is it.

And then you’ve got to get into the property.

Vs pressing a button

You and Boyo should bow out, it’s getting sad now.

You beat me to it. It matters not a jot how easy it is if they don't do it in the first place.
Yep Nothing to see here:
