Can you pull a 15mm tee off 28 mm pipe with them? Might start looking for some if you can.

Just nipped into Lidl this morning for some milk & noticed they've got a set of tee extractors on offer £45.80.........May be worth a punt??
12,15 & 22mm........Guess I could always use the 12mm when I'm working for all my pals in France??!!

Anyone got a T-Drill?? Not seen anyone selling these in the UK for years, you can hire them though. The Yanks eh, they make some great pipe tools!!

Looking at that vid you don't have much of a fitting to solder up. I know lcgs is the man, and I know he said he soft solders these and doesn't have problems. But if I was using one of those I'd have to braize it or I wouldn't sleep.

That's why we always silver solder or braze Ray. Use that la & you'll be the biggest scouse snorer in Scotty Road!!

To be honest dick, it looks too much faffing around for domestic work.
It may be worth it on the big stuff, with the price of fittings, but it's very rare I venture past 28mm (the odd 35mm gas pipe) so it wouldn't be worth it for the likes of me. I agree though, if I was using one, I deffo wouldn't be happy with solder.
