Selecting what breakfast cereal we prefer is called choice, of which we have loads of freedom.

Same as selecting the best candidate for a job is ... Race, colour, ethnicity, or religion, should have NO influence on the outcome.. Under strict PA rules, these can and do affect the outcome (do they not) ???
