Yet earlier in the thread , you yourself conceded that "Positive Discrimination and Positive Action were one and the same thing.. So therefore it follows that "Positive Action" does indeed discriminate.

I simply substituted Muslim for white, in the text of the positive action website. Original is here:

What about affirmative action as it's called in South Africa. Presumably that's legal there.

The effects are quite scary, and this is what Coathanger is proposing for The UK. I know that standards plummeted there after A A was introduced. Before he rubbishes my opinion, I have been many times, and witnessed it over the years.

Would never fly SAA any more, after entry requirements were lowered to let in more black pilots - BA every time.

yes I agree he is prevaricating tone, although in my opinion not very skillfully, as he has given enough to nail him to the wall with on the critical points. have to disagree with your other statement though, if he wasn't so stupid he wouldn't be in this position.
