CBS News' data team extracted more than 700 specific policy proposals from Project 2025's 922-page policy guide and compared each one to policies enacted during Trump's first term as well as his campaign platform, rally speeches and interviews

Trump is currently employing 4,000 people for their civil service. The political aspects go way further down the tree than ours do. An American who didn't appear to have any particular angle reckons that a lot will only hold the positions for ~2 years before being replaced. Trump will pick people who wont argue with him. He has already made some "interesting" choices. Many positions are finalised by a vote but it seems he can avoid that.
The USA also has the other house which Trump is close to wining control of. One comment about that is if he does achieve it he becomes a king. That could apply to any party so more a feature of their system.
