Reports are emerging that Russia's economy is in an awful state
They have stopped publishing a lot of official statistics to hide the evidence.
There is a shortage of trucks, not just the military ones
Imported spares are being smuggled in, but in insufficient quantity.
Tyres used by the army are failing early due to poor quality
Civilian airliners, especially those seized from foreign companies, are being cannibalised for parts.
A high proportion of the casualties are "non-Russians" and minority ethnic groups whose regiments are being thrown into the front line to do the dirtiest work.

Might be worth bearing in mind that comments about Russia and lack of trucks go back to WWII where they didn't really make many but imported from the USA instead. You can read that while they built loads of tanks and howitzers they forgot getting ammo to them. That isn't what happened at all.
On the other hand forget that all sides involved in a war make use of propaganda. Fact is not much info is coming out of Ukraine at the moment.
