Restoring your railways

We'd like a PM who's educated, intelligent, well-informed, a statesman and diplomat, erudite, honest, hardworking, upstanding, of good character with morals and ethics - in fact, pretty much everything Boris isn't and could never be. And pretty much everything that none of the Tory front bench could aspire to, either. As to it being easy to criticise - yes, it's easy to criticise an amoral, incomptetent , dishonest, philandered whose sole purpose in life seems to be to stay in power, regardless of the consequences. He's an easy target because he's completey ****ing useless

That question has been answered at least twice by me. It is Mottie conceit - his only way to justify the pillaging of this great country and democracy by Boris.

Remind me.

@Mottie used to cream his pants asking the question who is better than Bojo and I mentioned Tugenhadt a few times.

This election I voted tactically Lib Dems to oust the s hit show Tories. I have voted for all three parties in this broken system,

Is it this conceit once again that you have asked and its been answered again and again. Your vote to Boris is a vote for lies, corruption and deceit.

There are many fine Tory Mps who were deselected, quite a few decent ones remain - I like the cut of Tugenhadt jib.

Boris and his cronies have to go - they are corrupt - you know it, but with an 80 seat majority and our ridiculous fptp system that there will be a Tory Government for the next parliament as well - so the best case is for the country is for a change of leadership.

So stop with your conceit.

Now admit you are a liar.

Anyone can say what qualities they want in a PM, Home Secretary, health minister, chancellor etc etc What I am looking for is an actual person, a policy and reasons why.

Admit you are a liar like Boris.

That doesn't answer my question.

Stop lying. Admit it.

How sad are you that even when faced with facts of your lying you still deny it.

I hope you don't lie as easy to your wife. Perhaps you do.

Why not just speak your mind :)

Yeah. We'd all like one of them. Can you suggest someone who has all those qualities? That was my question to Galahad but like you, he keeps swerving it.

Clement Atlee type is what we need ... A good honest responsible chap.

Nobody has all those qualities, but Boris has just 1 or 2 and we need better than tat to steer this country out of the morass that first Cameron, then May, now Johnson have driven us into. As for many of the people in his cabinet, well they are little better in msny ways. About the nearest the Tories had in recent years to a leader was actually Ken Clarke! I find the current mottley crew completely lacking in the experience, knowledge, forsight and ability to be the premier of a G8 country ("Cheese, Liz, cheese!"). Labour, on the other hand have some interesting people waiting in the wings including Andy Burnham (Mayor of Manchester, ex-MP) and Dan Jarvis (Mayor of Sheffield, MP for Barnsley Central) who at least tick some of the boxes and are effectivr in their jobs
