Push the steam wand down further into the milk, you'll get a warmer milk.

Warm the cup with warm water whilst you do your work of art.

After texturing the milk, tap the jug on the worktop to get rid of any air bubbles.

As a side note, I find when the coffee is over extracted it tastes bitter, and under extracted more sour/acidic in taste.

You can get excellent coffees from the sage... coffee's the pod boys can't get.

Try a Kg or two of freshly roasted coffee, when you get it spot on the flavour is better.

Pffft! I restocked with my favourite pods today. £2.69 for 20. Finest Arabica grind. Just look at that crema. :cool:
