Just found this thread and the Putin apologist here called The Humanitarian. After wading through the first 30 pages and jumping to the last did he ever apologise for getting it all so wrong?

Even the media and some ministers slagging off China this AM today, they first need to ascertain if the rumour is a fact then slag of china if it is.

When Putin had its troops along the border and had done in a mass scale on and off for 8 years, the people of uriane and her leader did not beleive Putin was to invade until a few hours before the event. IMO Putin's bluff was forced into a war becuse the UK and USA had already declared their hand, ie "no boots on the ground."

In the real world NATO could do naff all even if it was right up to the border the press just need news.

Even stray bombs could land in a nato country its not an automatic war

Worrying and as I expected that Ukraina drone yesterday flew miles across two countries at least and dropped into a car park and blew up it had a bomb on it according to reports. Where was NATOS early warning?? The bottom line all countries lie about their ability and this just proves that it is not what it is caimed to be.

NB: I've said all along that there will need to be compromise re peace and no way putin giving up crimea and parts of donbas and I was abused by the trolls here. The time is nigh for peace and

As I've said many times and been attacked by several trolls, peace/ceasefire will only come with compromises on both sides and no way putin as long as it is in power will give up the crimea and parts of Donbas and that is a fact.

Actually neither did you. Post after post that he had no intention of invading Ukraine.

If Putin needs military assistance to carry out an 'operation' in a next-door Country, it doesn't bode well for any global ambitions he might have.
