So the noseall troll is reporting his troll sticker as abuse and getting it removed yet the actual trolling by noseall referring to someone's ability to properly use grammar and someone else's ability to read is left intact. Noseall has very thin skin.

I suspect it was copyright infringement.

Not by me.

I thought you were complementing me on my Tyrolean ski break, along with your poor spelling.
This was removed - your troll sticker that is awarded to you when you make a troll post. So if it wasn't you then it must of been one your boyfriends on here.

Not what he said. You’d know if you read the actual source
"The finding that Ms. Carroll failed to prove that she was 'raped' within the meaning of the New York Penal Law does not mean that she failed to prove that Mr. Trump 'raped' her as many people commonly understand the word 'rape,'" Kaplan wrote. "Indeed, as the evidence at trial recounted below makes clear, the jury found that Mr. Trump in fact did exactly that."

Trump - convicted felon and rapist.

That begs the obvious question, why wasn't he convicted of rape rather than sexual assault?

The burden of proof and time passed since he raped her. And the fact that Trump managed to stall long enough for deadline for discovery of evidence to expire.

He wasn't convicted of sexual assault either. This was a defamation hearing. She claimed he "raped" her he denied it, so she sued for defamation. The jury did not find that trump "raped" her only that he probably sexually assaulted her. Therefore they upheld the defamation claim. i.e. she had proved sufficient grounds for a claim of sexual assault. Trump appealed the damages (quantum) arguing that he shouldn't have to pay $2M because the Jury didn't agree it was rape. The judge said in effect we can go on the common meaning of the work "rape" as being much broader than an unwanted penis in vagina.

No jury found trump guilty of rape or sexual assault.

the defamation case found that she was substantially telling the truth. That is enough for his defamation claim to be thrown out and her Defamation claim to win.

Yes, and that the jury "did in fact" find he raped her.

Yes, and that the jury "did indeed" find he raped her.
It looks like an even bigger jury of women didn't either care or believe it. They would rather vote for a rapist than another women.
