Where did I suggest it was a criminal finding? The judge (who dismissed Trumpf's countersuit) specifically found the accusation of rape to be substantially true. It's not rocket science.

The tendency of American litigants to sue for defamation when somebody denies a serious allegation, can be quite harsh on freedom of speech, but it was justifiable in this case.
