I quoted the trial judge, who's opinion I prefer.

"Judge clarifies: Yes, Trump was found to have raped E. Jean Carroll".
I think you are quoting the Washington post or the Guardian. It's not actually what he said.

you should read page 3.

Fortunately in most civilised worlds, to be convicted of rape, you have to be charged with rape, tried for rape and found guilty by a Jury of rape.

Comments by a Judge in a Quantum hearing related to a defamation case are not a Judge convicting him of rape.

Of course you already know this and are just being a troll... again.

its the other one, but you had a 50/50 guess.

I take the words of the judge not some random person

"Judge clarifies: Yes, Trump was found to have raped E. Jean Carroll".
In a defamation hearing regarding quantum of damages.

righto.

its funny how you can't find these words in the judgement.

You appear to be arguing over semantics

Republican Donald Trump will be the first convicted felon to hold the White House,

not be allowed into the country - unless of course he arrives by dinghy
People who arrive by dingy aren’t “allowed” to come here.

I note you are calling people who arrive by dingy as rapists…..are you saying every single one is a rapist?

But not convicted of rape.
90 (?) pointless indictments and 2 attempts at impeachment simply convinced his followers that the 'deep state' was determined he wouldn't be able to stand for POTUS again, but he did, and he won.

Any outstanding indictments will be dropped, might even see some of the successful ones overturned.

In short, he won.

Erm, what DID the judge say ?

The outstanding indictments won't be dropped. He will force them.

Can you not see he is a criminal
