We need it NOW. The two most populous countries (China and India) are industrialising. They can't do that on bicycle. Where's the oil coming from? Where's the fuel for hundreds of millions of new cars that aren't being supplied today? We are talking TODAY - not next century. Do a web search - don't take my word for it.
