The year Russia invaded Ukraine, there were something like 3 UN security council resolutions against Russia, the same year there was something like 15 resolutions against Israel.
I don't think the tail is wagging the dog, Israel is a convenient stooge for the West in maintaining 'stability' in the Middle East.
Would Hamas or Hezbollah (Iran) do that?

And of course, as a permanent member of the UN security council, Russia has the power to veto any resolutions against it if not in their own interests.

There would be greater stability if Israel respected the UN resolutions it has ignored over the decades.
If Israel did not start evicting Palestinians in 1948, and continued to do so until present day, if Israel did not continue to kill, imprison, torture Palestinians, women and children, humiliate them, sexually abuse them, and treat them as second class citizens, there would be greater stability in the Middle East today.
If there is no stability in the Middle East, we know exactly where to look for the cause.

I'm sure we'll all be able to relax and enjoy global peace, all will be well in the world and global conflict will be a thing of the past. Nuclear disarmament would be good too, nobody could hurt each other. While we're at it let's destroy all oil based economies (arab) and buzz around in electric cars on short journeys except in areas where we're no longer allowed to drive (15 min cities) and while we're at it let's allow free movement on a global scale, no need to be a refugee, just move anywhere you want to.
