An example is building regs approval (I know that isn't mentioned in the Act, it's purely an example). The application is simply judged against the building regs for compliance. Things like the size of the house, where it is, whether it is big enough, or too small, whether the applicant can afford it, or not, is it a good long term decision are not taken into account. Better knowledge and access to contraception is good.

But since there will always be some women getting pregnant, legal abortion will always be needed.

On that basis I don’t see how sex education has any bearing on abortion laws.
