WRONG on the basis of what I have posted ie junctions ie not official crossing areas.
Don't quote someone/anyone, quote the bible on highways codes the HIGHWAY code book it self
Thank you
WRONG on the basis of what I have posted ie junctions ie not official crossing areas.
Should be a legal requirement for all push bike riders on the public highway should have to have insurance IMO
and some type of road tax
plus a push bike MOT / annual safety check
No they have not and that is a fact.
I've seen many drivers mostly of one sex stop in the middle of the main road to let a woman with a pram/kids cross the road. This can lead to accidents as tailgaters can crash into you or the vehicle on the other side may not want to stop and cause an accident.
Pedestrians have a right of way at official crossings and where signage clearly states so and nowhere else.
which post are you referring to?? What I said in my OP was accurateNot what you said in this post
It was.It was NOT in the highway could, dear friend.
old highway code said:“You should…never ride more than two abreast, and ride in single file on narrow or busy roads and when riding round bends”.
